ARANSI KELAS SEBAGAI LINGKUNGAN BELAJAR YANG MENARIK DALAM RANGKA PEMBINAAN MUTU PEMBELAJARAN SD NEGERI KEDUNGPANE 01 SEMARANG

Abstract

Kedungpane 01 State Elementary School presents a collaborative program between the school, teacher’s and parent’s association through class arrangement. Aransi Class is carried out by decorating, arranging, organizing, and designing a classroom to create active, creative, and fun learning. In the implementation of the program, some teachers of SD Negeri Kedungpane 01 decorate the classroom with simple decorations, so that the aransi class program has not been implemented properly, for this reason the quality of learning outcomes has not provided encouraging results. According to the author, the cause of this failure is that teachers have not succeeded in developing their creativity in decorating classrooms to create an attractive learning environment in the classroom, so that the results of improving the quality of learning have not been seen. The school intends that, with this classroom decoration program, teachers can provide a variety of learning and be able to organize the classroom to create a learning environment with the Nusantara class theme, so that students can get to know various cultures through interesting pictures in the classroom. The school hopes that teachers can improve learning outcomes and the quality of learning through class aransi, whose activities require family involvement in the education unit. This study aims to analyze how teachers develop classroom transparency, analyze how teachers build an interesting learning environment by utilizing classroom transparency, and analyze school efforts in utilizing the classroom transparency program in the form of improving the quality of learning at Kedungpane 01 State Elementary School in Semarang City.
